ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 1-3 พฤศจิกายน 2567 ณ โรงพยาบาลศิริราช

การแข่งขันนี้เป็นเวทีที่รวมแพทย์ วิศวะ นักธุรกิจ จากทั่วเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้
เพื่อเฟ้นหาไอเดียในการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยความร่วมมือระหว่าง
คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กับ Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) สหรัฐอเมริกา
ซึ่งเป็นการแข่งขัน Health Innovation Hackathon ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้

นศพ.ธิณปวีร์ และทีม BBETS – Better Be Early Than Sorry ได้นำเสนอแนวคิดสุดล้ำ
เพื่อตอบโจทย์ปัญหาในเรื่องอัตราการตรวจสุขภาพ และการวินิจฉัยล่วงหน้าของคนไทยที่ยังมีอัตราต่ำ
โดยมุ่งเน้นที่การป้องกันโรค NCDs และมะเร็งด้วย “At home test kit”

Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University would like to congratulate Tinpawee Thongkongthun ,
a 5th-year medical student, and her team for winning the Social Enterprise Award
at the Siriraj x MIT Hacking Medicine Hackathon, held from November 1-3, 2024, at Siriraj Hospital.
.
This competition brought together doctors, engineers, and business professionals from across Southeast Asia
to find innovative solutions to the challenges of elderly care. It was organized through
a collaboration between the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University,
and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States.
The event is the largest Health Innovation Hackathon in Southeast Asia.

Tinpawee and her team, BBETS – Better Be Early Than Sorry, presented an innovative concept
to address the low rates of health screening and early diagnosis in Thailand,
focusing on preventing NCDs and cancer through an “At-home test kit.”
