Associate Professor Auchara Tangsathapornpong, MD, Dean, along with executive administrators of Faculty of Medicine,
Thammasat University, visited and signed academic and research collaboration agreements,
including student exchange programs, with the leading educational institutions in the United States on 4-9 September 2024.
They visited the executive administrators of Rush University Medical Center’s Infectious Diseases Division
to discuss about expanding academic and research collaborations, as well as student exchanges with Rush College of Medicine.
They met with the executive administrators of the University of Illinois College of Medicine,
Chicago Campus, and engaged in a site visit focusing on Simulation and Integrated Learning. Furthermore,
they signed a memorandum of understanding with the University of Alabama
at Birmingham to develop a joint curriculum on AI in Medicine and Healthcare Innovation.
