of Medicine, Thammasat University would like to congratulate Narabodee Siripensopa, a 5th-year medical student, and his exceptional teammates from NUS (National University of Singapore) and Siriraj Faculty of Medicine (Mahidol University) for achieving 1st place in Track 1, \u201cAging in Place,\u201d (Elderly Care at Home category) at the prestigious Siriraj x MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Hacking Medicine Hackathon!, held from November 1-3, 2024, at Siriraj Hospital.<br>.<br>The Siriraj x MIT Hacking Medicine Hackathon was organized through a collaboration between the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. The competition aims to promote innovation in solving elderly health issues in developing countries in Southeast Asia. Narabodee and his team, FallAIDE, demonstrated outstanding skills in developing an innovative concept for a pair of glasses that can detect falls and automatically alert caregivers or emergency
