Admission to the Psychiatry Elective Course for Overseas Students

The academic Year 2023

Department of Psychiatry Faculty of Medicine Thammasat University

Application Process for Overseas Students:

1. To apply as an overseas student, the applicant must submit all required documents to the Department of Psychiatry at least 60 calendar days before the program’s start date.  

     The documents include:

1.1. Completed application form.

1.2. Up-to-date curriculum vitae.

2.  The applicant must meet the following qualifications:

2.1. The applicant should be enrolled in a medical, nursing, or psychology program.

2.2. The applicant should have sound physical and mental health, enabling them to take care of themselves and participate in the elective period without any hindrances.

2.3. The duration of the visit should be between 10 to 40 working days, aligning with the department’s schedule.

3. The Department of Psychiatry will evaluate the applicant’s qualifications and supporting evidence. 

The result of acceptance will be communicated through the International Affairs Office, Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University, no later than 40 calendar days before the program’s start date.
