Adult reconstructive surgery, Hip and knee arthroplasty Unit has been accepted as a distinguished role in research, academic and services. With collaboration of all of the faculties, nurses, therapists and patient care team, the outcomes of our hip and knee arthroplasty cases are at high level of standard cares.
Intensive research works provided many studies of our unit published in international standard journals continuously. The innovation including the hip articulating spacer for treatment of periprosthetic infection won gold prize from the 43rd International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva and has been used widely.
